How can we regain trust? The only ones that have faith in me are my pets, and I am a newcomer here.

Well that's tough, from my experience you have to just go through your sobriety and your actions will show people that you can be trusted again, but it isn't overnight and takes time for sure. Hang in there and use the app to lean on people with same goals in mind and snuggle up those fur babies. It won't be easy but it will work out in time.
