I like this concept of Dopamine Stacking, which is lining up good organic things to make you feel good throughout the day. For me it starts w a good night's sleep. Yoga in AM, 8 min breath work, short meditation, then coffee or tea. Lunch mid day. Then after work it's a good meal and watching a good show. Hanging out w animals is in there. Listening to good music. Maybe the gym or a walk if the weekend. You get the idea. Stack your feel good activities.
