for panic attacks learn to control your breathing keep your mind distracted while doing so and make sure your getting enough vitamins especially b vitamins to rule out a nutrient deficiency as a cause for a panic attack if they are reoccurring for you but for any nutrient deficiency always check with your doctor first though because supplements can do more harm than good sometimes plus the doctor will tell you what you need to know as far as that goes. for anxiety focus on the things you can control and live more in the present moment dont worry about the things that are not in your control. let that future tense go. future tense as in what youll be doing tomorrow vs right now or if your thinking about driving your vehicle tomorrow and theres a 4 way stop along the way to where you need to go to and your worried about someone hitting you from the cross section so your afraid to drive tomorrow and thats whats stopping you from driving your vehicle because your automatically assuming you'll get broadsided by someone else well you have no idea of what could happen that is not in your control. Do always expect the unexpected at any given moment of time but never assume because by doing so it will stop you from doing the things you love to do in life or stop you from living your life or can prevent you from having a new experience in life or whatever but I hope what I just shared may help someone and also going for a brisk walk I find has helped me get through both anxiety and a panic attack so try going for a walk outside i hope that helps

I drink matcha tea every am with ashwagandha extract and it definitely helps me with severe anxiety. I also keep my mind busy with projects around the house.

Also onyx!

In short and in the moment, I use breathing exercises and/or grounding techniques. Mental, physical & soothing grounding techniques. I also use the Calm app along with two VA apps. One called ACT and the other is PTSD coach. Depending on where I'm at and like Nate said I'll go on a light jog, bike ride, walk the bike trail near my house. Sometimes I pop on some positive recovery music by Colicchie or a military rap/hip hop artist named Soldier Hard who is the CEO of the REDCON-1 music group, sometimes and some new age Christian music.

Exercise, hot epsom salt baths, music, meditation, quiet time.
