Excited for the holidays. But also nervous. Have not been home in 2 years. My mom has Alzheimer's and probably wont know me. I have a lot of guilt for not living closer to them. And for drinking so much over the past year. Now I am going home sober, so at least I wont have to hide my drinking. I am worried about the stress of it though. Telling myself to stay sober for my family.
