Have you asked your sponsor this question?

This is like a loaded question.
My answer is only an opinion. It is a lengthy two sided opinion

  1. no relapses are normal
  2. all relapses are normal.

It really depends on if someone is actively trying to stay sober. By actively trying I mean: get honest with others of how bad your condition is, attending meetings, doing the steps, working with others.

When I finally surrendered and took suggestions I had zero relapses but for some 1-3 relapses was part of their story. We are all different. To beat the addictions I must be honest and participate in recovery as if my life depends on it.
All relapses are normal if you’re not following suggestions. It’s a new way of living that reduces the chances of relapse.

That’s like asking what’s a normal hitting bottom. Everyone is different. I would say when you get sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Normal is relative.

None

And hate everyone I have had.

Meetings and getting numbers helps me!

It's not a relapse if you haven't gotten it in the first place. It's just a continuation of unhealthy behavior. And relapse is not a requirement.
