Made through a meltdown moment with the help of my sponsor while in Denver on biz. Feeling better and on my way to dinner with an old friend then meetings till there’s no more for the night. Hope you’re well Joe

Great that u made it through your meltdown … things on my end are pretty good , I been at work since 6am , finishing at 10pm … so pretty exhausted but I’m still sober
