Alot of good advice on here. I agree with everyone that suggested medical detox.....it's scary to take that step, but wasn't so scary after all. Accept that u need help in this process baby.....that's part of recovery. Don't be ashamed to get professional help. I continued using for awhile just for that reason. Don't set yourself up to relapse because u can't take the physical and mental withdrawal. Detox ended up working out amazing for me.....I'm a recovering heroin addict. I had to surrender to help and have no regrets doing so. Keep your head up and work on accepting help......it's a big part of recovery. Good luck sweetheart and keep your head up....u will pull through. U aren't alone and once u surrender to accepting help, it will blow your mind how much support is out there.

I usually just sleep with just a sheet and a fan on, the sweating kicks in right when I’m about to fall asleep so getting the room cold makes up for it. Having sheet layer between my legs and arms and body always tends to help.
Also getting the room dark with only barely some red light to see while winding down tends to knock me out within an hour before I’m even in bed.
