How To Get Past That First Stage Of Getting Sober?

I've made it 2.5 years completely sober when I was 21 till 23. Then slipped for a number of years. Had periods where I was clean for 30 days, went to rehab twice, made it 64 days the second time. Then relapsed and was gone for another year and a half. Then got clean off the drugs and was really doing well and was so happy. Was clean for 1.5 years! Ultimately a horrible relationship lead me to use again and now Ive been struggling for almost another year...

I keep trying to get sober. Sometimes I make it a couple weeks. Recently I made it 48 days!!! But more recently Im having trouble making it past a couple days :frowning: It's like I can't get past that first "wall".

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reading.. <3

Get to aa meetings. One a day. I swear to you the fellowship is all it takes. Find a women’s meeting for starters. The support is amazing.

Prayer and get around other sober people that want the same as you. Remember all the great times while you were sober and all the bad times while you were using.
I believe in you so now you need to believe in yourself
