How to Unwind

I'm slowly coming to the end of my day and starting to think, "I sure would like to unwind from the day." The question I have in my mind is what to do to unwind? It's been a couple of days and I haven't really put much thought into it, but what does everyone do at the end of their work day to relax? I understand there will be "go for a jog" or "read a book" answers. Those aren't neccesarily my cup of tea, but I can't yuck someone else's yum.

Thanks!

You gotta find your way... it is not easy though it takes time... one thing I do is whale sounds on YouTube and let it just play it's very very helpful it's been a game changer for me I need all the help I can get when it comes to calming down

I like to cook and eat

Thank you both. I decided to go ahead and make some steak sandwiches for dinner. Drinking some iced tea, currently, and looking for a movie for tonight. It actually feels like a lot of the same but with tea. That's okay, one step at a time.

When I was homeless, it was called 'public intoxication'. That's what keeps me from winding down as such. That roof above me is flimsier than it looks.

I found puzzles help. Not just the piece together puzzles, but the handheld brain teaser puzzles. I tend to lose myself and become mentally exhausted with puzzles.
