hvaing FADS some days you have good days and some days you have rough days but today I’m just having a not a good day. It’s a struggle since I’ve had FAST since I was two years old and being adopted from Russia and I struggle with this since I was little being in special-needs classes, all my life

I was born with fae fetal alcohol effects and I was in all kinds of special ed and speech classes I had buck teeth and a narrow palette my tongue was way too big for my mouth and I had a very hard time comprehending. I can completely relate with struggling with that. Just know that you're not alone. In this too shall pass
