I always think back to this meme, as I struggle to stay constant or happy with myself. I always allow those around me to, see the face value of myself, but not my inner self.

That is very good of you, because I think most people forget to check on those who look happy.
For sure. Up one minute down the next. Life is a roller coaster. We have to “Put on a happy face” to make it through this life and mask the sadness at times. Thanks for sharing
