I always thought I could get clean and stay clean on my own. Man was I wrong. I deff need the help of one addict to another. I’ve never had a sponsor. Any help on when is the best Time to get one. I’m a little over a month sober….

I waited until I drink again, broke my back from a hit and run, and lost my ability to walk on my own before I got my sponsor. Don’t wait for tragedy. Now that I’ve done it, it’s the best decision I’ve made for my sobriety. I’m praying for you, and I admire your courage for bringing your thoughts and concerns to the group. Good luck Ryan.
