I always want to quit when the pills are gone and I don’t want to buy any the agony I put myself through yet in 21 more days here I go again reassuring myself I can do better I hate this demon I need to turn my pills over to someone and have them give them to me

Hi Hope, my advice with that would be to give them to a sponsor or someone you trust that is not close friends or family. I learned this the hard way. I got mean or beggy or guilt trippy or many other things when I really started having cravings. It wasn’t fair to my mom to be in that position. Stay strong, you got this.

There’s a machine called Hero that is a medication dispenser, it costs some dough and you need a monthly subscription but you can be sure no one else but you is taking your medication. It dispenses it at the required intervals and there’s an app to hold yourself accountable. It prevents you from taking too much too soon and can help keep things in check.
