That’s great. Remember it’s only a day at a time. Also when newly sober candy will help with cravings. I was told to keep a glass of OJ with some sugar stirred in in case I woke up in the middle of the night with a craving

Hey Michael, 69 days and 2 days is a long time in recovery. I still remember when I had 7 days… real talk! No brag, just one day at a time, I now have 27 years clean and sober. Keep Coming Back!:grinning: The Program Works!
