I am 28 days sober. Thus far I have done it alone no meetings no sponsor. The last few days have been extremely hard. I feel meetings will be best but I'm not sure which way to turn or how to start knowing the difference between AA and NA I think NA would be better?

Is your primary problem alcohol or drugs? If both, know that NA considers alcohol to be just another drug, with no special recognition. And that identifying as an addict is all-inclusive; no need to self-identify as an ‘alcoholic/addict’.

Wasn’t a thing when I used. Just the classics for me but I know it’s popular these days.

Are they putting fentanyl in the meth these days, deadly.
