Dreaming about drinking is not only frightening but can also be cathartic, akin to a subconscious release of inner turmoil.

I’ve been sober for sometime. Drinking or drunk dreams are frightening. I’ve had several of them which I thought that I had been drinking. Just keep on your program

When they happen to me, I get a rush of relief when I remember that I am still in recovery.
