I am feeling so blessed to be sober today. I can’t even remember what it felt like to feel hungover and full of guilt and shame. Today I have so much freedom and joy. Although I have so much work to do I find peace in the journey and peace with my higher power whom i choose to call God. The promises are real and I know the closer I stay to the program the stronger my sobriety will be.
