I am finishing day 3. Physically I feel 90 but being on this site definitely lifts the spirit. What scares me is that first moment when my disease tries to convince me I could safely do “one more hit…” someone with long term sobriety once told me, “you never have to use again.

Day 3 is better than day 1. I’ve had way too many day 1s and not enough day 3s. Keep your head up and be joyful.

You never need to start over again.go to aa meetings.aa. Org meet people and get good friends.
