I am getting my winter clothes unpacked..and found a bag of meth in the clothes..it surprised me...I am so proud of me right now! I flushed it! Im not gonna lie..I was very tempted..but not enough! That was a real mf test finding that alone...and I beat it!

Wow, LeAnna! Meth was my DOC too and I have just over a year clean but I’m not so sure I would have been strong enough to make that decision. I’ve kind of held on to this reservation where maybe I would use again if it were right in front of me. Congratulations! You’re really taking your sobriety seriously and I will remember this if I’m ever in a situation where it’s suddenly right in front of me.

I relate to that. I too kind of thought if I had it maybe I could do it and be ok. But there i was with it suddenly in my hand. And I looked at where I was and it was clear...its not my friend..I cant use it..and then I got mad and flushed it. You will make the right decision too..but I hope you dont have to be in that situation.
