I am glad for a new day because I get to start over. I blew it yesterday and had a drink. I knew when I went into the store to buy that one can that I shouldn't be doing it and I did it anyway. And this morning I do not feel well and I'm disappointed that I allowed myself and gave myself permission for that one can. Which means today I start over. I'm glad I've been given a new day
