I am grateful for a good night's sleep and a new day. For growth and for progress.
I am thankful for a good workout yesterday and for the time and freedom today to rest and recover. To worship, praise, meditate and heal.

I'm especially grateful today for Jesus, my lord and savior and the direction that God has given me.
For the sobriety and hard work that have allowed me such mental clarity. For all of the tools resources exercises and individuals that have become such an important part of my recovery journey.

I am grateful to be abundantly blessed, for I am sober, I am whole and all of my needs are met!
