I am grateful for all of you, especially those of you early in your journey. You ground me and remind me just how cunning, baffling, and powerful this disease is. We keep me sober.
All I have is this 24 hours. It will not be perfect but it can be anything else I choose it to be. That is a gift of sobriety.
