I am grateful for:
Another day sober.
My health.
The clothes on my back.
Food in my tummy .
My cat Bandit and his morning kisses.
Personal boundaries.
Personal standards of how I am to be treated.
Getting through my first month of college , especially seems how I used to use there all the time as it was a warm place to hide.
For my higher power (Nana) and all of her guidance !!
