I am grateful for every single one of you, 195 days of sobriety and too many aspects of life to name.
Also grateful for not reacting as much and not taking things so personally ( especially relating to a narcissistic family member who puts me down and who is a massive trigger for me ).

I read words which you and others here share … and the compassion for self and beyond, for each of you really kicks in. Yes. We each of course have our respective experiences while we are brave souls. :heart_decoration:
