I am grateful for growth and self realization.
For a lightened load that allows me to focus on growth and healing.
For a family that supports me in many ways seen and unseen.
For friends and family that tell me the truth about myself even when it sucks.
For an overactive mind that has served me well many a time
For pushing through today as hard as it is at times. Sober
For a never ending quest to learn and grow, heal and be healed
For the ability to see things from a perspective opposite my own
For compassion
For truth
For the opportunity, yet again to love and be loved. (Don't regret this one)
I am grateful that all of my needs are met.
That I am still able to walk.
For sleep medication.

Thank you Nadia. I will do well in remembering this. I would love to read your book. Hopefully I can squeeze it into my schedule come February as my current schedule doesn't allow for any extra room, though this was per design.
