I am grateful for hot/cold therapy and for my father

I am grateful for hot/cold therapy and for my father pushing me years ago to give it a try and to stick with it long enough to realize how much it benefits me and my health conditions.

I am grateful for finally getting a solid night's sleep.

I am grateful for new beginnings, friendships, and relationships.

I am grateful for all of the amazing folks who have helped and encouraged me along the way.

How do you feel the hot/cold therapy is helping you? Are you doing it at home or like sauna then cyro?

Yep, gonna need more details on your hot/cold therapy regimen. I’ve been wanting to dive into one, but haven’t yet.

I do it at home occasionally but prefer the gym. At the gym I spend 15min in the hot tub and 5-15 in the pool. At home I will go from hot to cold in the shower but I find it harder and less effective.

It helps my muscle and nerve pain tremendously. Sometimes more than others but it always helps.

I got a more expensive gym membership just for that reason. I also drive 45min each way when there are gyms within 10 minutes that are $10/mo as opposed to the $40 I pay. I have also been known to fill the tub with as much ice as my icemaker will allow for though it seems to benefit me more to be able to go back and forth for an hour which you can't do with an ice bath and hot shower combo.
