I enjoy reading about people's journey and what they did to stay sober.

I also read when people relapse and what they did/didn't do prior to picking up a drink. It reminds me sobriety is fragile and it are the decisions that were made proceeding the first drink. I know what to do and not do.

I need the reminder that relapse doesn't have to be a part of my journey and it can stop for others. I heard just because a relapse is part of a journey it doesn't give you permission to do it again.
