I am grateful for my family whom last year I ruined Christmas for. I chose to drink for the holidays….
This year we are having a wonderful Christmas weekend together.
It’s included church, making meals together, watching movies, opening presents, and being present for every single moment with my grandaughter who turned 2 1/2 on Christmas Eve. I’m fortunate to have a family that does not drink and does everything in their power to support me in my sobriety.
