I am grateful for my friends.

I don't throw that word around, or use it flippantly. But I am grateful for the people that I do consider my friends as well! While there may not be many, it is by choice. A friend means something to me and I take that word seriously, I've had many people who have not been anywhere near as good a friend to me as I have or would have in return, and for those people I don't discard them, I just know what to expect and what not to. I have A lot of acquaintances, and am grateful for both.
