Elizabeth, I am thinking the same thing!

I love your post, Paula…I relate!
:purple_heart:
For anyone interested, I started reading Laura McKowen’s book-Push Off From Here…appreciating.

Am also reading The Myth of Normal by Dr. Gabor Mate.

Podcast wise, I enjoy Rich Roll’s podcast. While not specific to sobriety, he has been through it and brings up his experiences from time to time when interviewing his guests.

I really love knowing what others are listening to, reading. Yes. I realize that meetings are important while there are S O many other ways and avenues to keep adding to one’s sobriety toolbox-duh.
Right?

Sorry for the late response! I love so many! But a few are Soberful. The Bubble Hour. This Naked Mind. Hello Someday. Sober sisters. Sobriety rocks.

Yes!!!! you take the words out of my mouth! There are lots of avenues to keep us on track and the podcast have helped me learn so much more than I ever dreamed! Once you get your sober legs there’s so much more underneath to explore about the Why we do these things to ourselves. Some podcasts feel like mini therapy sessions. I read Laura’s first book we are the luckiest. Let me know how good the new one is :raised_hands:
