I am grateful for my recovery!
I am grateful my mom!
I am grateful that I am hard of hearing/deaf!
I am grateful to get to know myself better everyday!
I am also grateful for using one of the coping skills call stop thoughts. Meaning recognize it and stop what I’m thinking whatever it is not good for me and change my way of thinking into positive. All loves and have a good day!
