I am new to the app but I heard about it on someone's Facebook Reel.
I am 3 days sober today and having ups and downs. This morning was by far the worst sleep because of the bad dreams, I woke up crying and of course I wanted to drink. I have been able to just let the thought go but it is pretty annoying.
Also, I am going to a 21-day program on the 21st of November, so I will have 8 days sober before I attend. I hope my mood, emotions, and anxiety get a bit better by then. I also hope I don't relapse before the 21st.
