I’m on day 3 and I really didn’t think I was going to make it this far. Iv meth user. But I feel better today than yesterday . But I’m extremely emotional, and lonely . I hope u can make it another day. I plan too . I just try to stay busy and I also try not to think about it at all. Hope this helps .

I made it 5 days today and reconnected with my sponsor and I had a one on one with my new treatment counselor and I'm excited to start outpatient group tomorrow
