I am on day 25, still new, but I feel a little bit better, but I am having a really hard time sleeping. Does anyone have any suggestions

Melatonin it’s all natural and it will help you get to sleep
I like Ashwagandha to help me relax before bed. It’s also all natural
If I wake up in the middle of the night I do my best not to check my phone, turn the tv on, etc. I usually pray about whatever is on my mind that’s keeping me from sleeping. Get it out of my head and out into the universe 🤷
