I am one day short off 1 month sober, but I am getting only about 3 hours of sleep a night. Usually still awake at 4 am. Have tried many otc meds. CBD/CBN tincture, I let myself get exhausted from working but nothing helps at all, I am desperate for sleep! Does hitting alcohol disrupt a persons sleep pattern this severe after 30 days??? I’m desperate for some nights with at least 6 hours of sleep.
