I am scared I am losing touch with AA I am on my 8th step and am so worried I’m gonna lose contact what do I do?

Pray on it brother and let others know that you are feeling that way I think all of us feel that way at one time.

I am wondering the same thing bc I haven’t got in touch with aa and I really need to I’m just isolating and it sucks

Whatever you're going through, it's not bad enough to take a drink. I'm glad to hear that you are taking the steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Most people on this app simply want to get sober but they don't really want to take the steps. Taking the step brings real change and freedom in our lives.

First year in sobriety can be a real roller coaster with our feelings. Don't let it scare you. It's all normal and it will pass. Rejoice!
You are sober and taking the prescribed action. That is what is needed to enjoy a quality life in sobriety
