I am so grateful for everything these days. My husband and I have been clean and sober for a little over 4 months. We used to be homeless and now we live in this mans garage apt. We dont have any hot water and no appliances except a little mini fridge. Now my husband has found a job but the company isnt doing all that well so the pay isnt too good right now and Im in a wheelchair because I was hit by car. Anyway, all these negative things happened when we actively in our addiction. This morning Im waking up and watching tv and having a bowl of cereal and laying in my nice and warm bed. We are so blessed to have this little place. We are also extremely blessed not to be out there using and being so hungry and cold and stuck in my chair. Since being clean everything is slowly but surely getting better. Thank you Jesus!!!!
