We still have a pretty bad haze here from the fires in Canada and down state.
Wow I live close to nyc I’ve never seen or smelt anything like it. Like being on mars orange atmosphere. How long are you sober now?

I know it’s crazy. The sun rises are so affected by it. It rises over Lake Superior and looks weird. I have been sober for 7 years in May. How about you?
awesome on 7 yrs. I had 20. Am back 40 days. 20 years that is. Retired and drank a bit

Are there many meetings where your at?
Yes I feel fine it was easy stopping. Joined a gym and staying busy
Not many. I have to say that I’m over meetings. I should go but I don’t. I don’t feel like going to a meeting full of old men who had a particular way of doing things. You?
That’s funny I’m burnt out on meetings. I know how to stay sober. The decision I made to go out was mine alone. Got rite back thank god. Yeah this is a good outlet for young people and areas with not many meetings. I haven’t been to a meeting in a few years

Yep. They are good for the kids. I’m good. I have my higher power who got me sober to begin with. He keeps me straight!
Yes I can’t do it without that power. Never let me down when I ask for help
