I am so thankful I broke up with my boyfriend. It was something I’ve been avoiding. Kicking the can down the road… He’s not a bad man, he’s incredible actually… but all I want to do right now is get better.

That's a lot of maturity. You're putting your health first and you can sing praises of your ex. So many folks bash their exes after a break up.

Hardest thing in the world to do is end a relationship that just wasn't right. Nothing wrong just nothing right. It takes great courage to do so.

I feel you woman! I have been struggling with disassociating myself from my current ex. He’s not a bad person but not good for me. Stay strong and do you what’s best for you! Reading your post gives me strength ❤️‍🩹
