Do you have health insurance. Have you tried doing treatment and sober livings. They integrate you in to sober life by guiding you in the right direction to take a little course get a job and start a new sober productive life
Evelene, I’ve seen many folks in your position get into much better circumstances.
I suggest going to in person AA/NA etc., meetings daily and nightly. Share your struggles with the sober community. Many of us experienced similar situations and want to help people who are struggling and are serious about their sobriety.
Have you tried a recovery community organization near you? RCO, if you google RCO directory i believe SAMHSA has one online that's national... They have people called CPS certified peer specialists, so they have been in your shoes... I was also in your shoes and a RCO has helped me greatly.
