I am the creator. You are too!! We are all so perfect already. Theres no need to get on the hampster wheel of healing!! I made so many stories of I need this yoga or reiki or workshop or inner child work or this new therapist cause the other 5 werent making me feel better. Its all rabbit holes that lead straight back home to yourself. I found this out finally ending in Thailand at Hare Krishna temple seeing myself in a reflection of glass exhausted from working so hard to heal and feel complete whole and happy. I can laugh now cause I know who made the whole thing up!! Change your mind change your world
