I am trying to come off Subutex right now. Have 8 years off H and 6 off pills. Went on MAT to prevent relapse in February and am finally ready to get back to normal. The twitching is gone now that I'm on a super low dose!!! But I still don't sleep 
Subs are a witch with a b in front to kick. Ween off slowly. Sleep and normalcy will eventually return.
I'm finally all the way off! It's almost like weaning off psychiatric medication as well as getting the sweats. I'm grateful for it though.
