I am working on sobriety from alcohol. I relapsed a few weeks ago after a year of being clean. I have stopped again but have to do better this time !
You got this, it's ok, we are human we make mistakes, if we didn't make mistakes how can we learn from what we have done wrong, If we never made mistakes, it happens.
But start over and make a difference.
I say it's easier said then done, I'm in no way shape or form to talk either, I had relapse over relapse over relapse.
I'm trying hard, but sometimes more then not I slip, but I get back up again.
So can you, you got this.
It’s so important to keep trying. Applaud each of you for not giving up on yourselves.
I relapsed a lot as well, especially over the course of six years…before this time around, deciding I had had enough. I have had a longer period of sobriety than this one I am currently in…so I am not complacent.

People like me who have relapsed often make a much deeper commitment and go all in the second time in AA. Now you’ve seen that’s what alcoholics do is they relapse you don’t need to feel guilty or shameful, and it’s clear we only get worse when we pickup each time. I’m glad you made it back some people don’t.
We have all been there … you can do it again !! Just don’t give up
