I been going to an A.A. meeting everyday and can't seem to find a sponsor. What does a person do if they can't find a sponsor?

Keep looking. It took me 5 months to get a sponsor

you will, keep going and you will gravitate to someone. I just got a temporary sponsor, he has really good sobriety and has a wealth of knowledge of the BB..so you can always try a temporary...it gets you started on the work, which is where it's at.

Honestly I never found a sponsor. I didn’t need anyone to tell me not to drink anymore.

Keep looking until someone shares something that resonates with you or you could try either a therapist familiar with AA or a recovery coach/specialist

What I would do is just keep asking. Whether it's an in person or here on Loosid. There are times when you post that others might not see it so it's good to try again.

I don’t have one either it’s something that can’t be forced just do your best to stay on your path and things will all play out as they are supposed to!

Hi Rita glad you are here and open and willing that is one of the first steps
