Go to the playstore on your phone and get the aa app. Find a meeting and go. Nobody can do it for you. It'll always be the action I take. Prayer

Feel free to shoot me a message whenever u need someone to talk to. You got this. I know it is a struggle sometimes but it is better once ur free from it. It takes some getting use to but it gets easier the longer you do it.

Stop for yourself. Go to a meeting. Get numbers. Everyone in AA would be willing to give you their numbers. DM me and I’d give you mine even though I am prob not near you. Any voice can help. Also pray even if you don’t know what you’re praying to. Believe something out there that has kept you alive up to today wants to keep you that way and more.
