This app isn’t a recovery program. It’s suppose to help direct us to others who are in recovery who use recovery programs. It’s to help reinforce recovery, not be it. Helps me to keep in touch with my working my program throughout the day. Yet, it’s not a meeting where I can share my experience strength and hope with others face to face.

Get to a live meeting in your area, in fact, get to a lot of meetings. Once you start working a program, you’ll understand the help that is here. There’s no magic pill that will cure you. It takes work. This app is merely a supplement to recovery programs :man_shrugging:

As brother K. Bradford said, this app is a tool, not a recovery program. If you are sick like me, and you are looking to live a sober life, the best way is to get involved in a daily program of recovery.

I see a lot of people here to help as much as they can, the issue is of course that there is only so much we can do without being there.

Kurt I feel bad that you don’t find this app useful… I have been here for a few weeks and all the people are supportive and helpful… we are not therapists but we will listen … you are not alone :+1:

This app is not a solution.
It's a tool for support.
There is a solution.
It's called the 12 Steps of AA.
