I buy the little one-shot bottles to tapper off. Down to 3 or 4 a day. I'm starting to feel much better. When can you just stop without withdrawals?

The little one shot bottles were my thing for years. If you were down to three or four a day in my opinion, you can quit now. I definitely did and I was grumpy for a bit but other than that, I did great. You can do it!

Being Stubborn. I needed to get sober and I knew it. There’s no way I’m going back to the old me.

Sounds like you have your mind made up to go sober. I love going to sleep sober and waking up sober every day.  for me what’s worked is going to meetings and not drinking. And by the grace of God I’m still sober. It helps to have whatever support you need. This app seems to have some good people also and some good sobriety and good wisdom. Good luck with what you’re doing one day at a time.
