I came across a video of me blackout drunk inside a port o potty slurring my words , burping foam and falling to the floor of the port o potty . I had vandalized the whole thing in a suicidal rage . I wasn’t aware of the video until a few days ago and I’m very disturbed to see how much pain I was in . I now have the chance to give that poor boy the love and nourishment he needs so desperately and deserves. Realizing that ,, I think is huge in my 60 day reflections. My head has been racing ..just so concerned for that little child in me that needs so much love and healing . I’m meditating on the little boy in me that needs a big hug and a secure loving life .
