I came home from work and found my mirror smashed everywhere! My 2 kittens tipped it over. This would have been enough for me to pick up a drink but instead, I calmly and carefully picked it up and threw the pieces away. I’m so grateful my kittens were not injured at all and it could have been much worse. Day 31! My kitties will have bad luck but not me

Great job on focusing on a solution to the problem and not responding unhealthy to the emotions. I'm glad you and your kittens didn't get hurt in the process.

Those mischievous fury kids! I’ve got two old cats that I guess are more “mature” and “slower”! But they’re no angels in the least. Happy all went well, no triggering reactions, no kitty emergency room dramas! Great job stealing through the chaos and keeping the strength in your sobriety!!
