I can’t believe how hard I had made it on my self by letting my self listen to those thoughts that were telling me that I could not stop or needed more and more ..it took years to recognize that it’s a spiritual program .. if it’s based on our faith then satin is going to try and ruin it for sure for as many as he can … keep your sprit fit and talk to Jesus and god everyday like they are in the room with u and they will be for sure ….
